Call Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled call, you have the following options:

1. Reschedule: You can reschedule the call for a later date or time at no additional cost.
2. Refund: If the cancellation occurs at least 1 day before the scheduled call, you are eligible for a full refund.
   
   

Trip Cancellation

If you need to cancel a planned trip, you have the following options:

1. Refund of Itinerary Cost: If the itinerary has not been finalized, you will receive a refund for the cost of the itinerary.

Please note that this refund does not include the cost of consultations.

2. Flexible Itinerary Use: You can choose to receive the completed itinerary, which you may use at any time in the future.
